The Bill Daywalt Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to the memory of its namesake, the founder father of the LGBTQ+ Coalition of Ashtabula County.  Bill strived to bring education and outreach to those LGBTQ+ individuals, and their families in hopes to bring them a better, more peaceful and loving life.  

Ashtabula Pride Inc.'s Board of Directors have created this scholarship, in Daywalt's name, to be awarded to a county high school senior who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and practices the same love and kindness Bill did.  Individuals can apply for the scholarship by clicking the link below.  The winner of the scholarship will be named at their school's assembly and at the Pride Festival.
